Amazing time here. Atmosphere was electric and the service was great. It was very busy but our server Jacob always made time for us and made sure we were good and comfortable. The food was excellent. We particularly liked the pretzels, pulled pork sandwich, mac and cheese and the cornbread. Would definitely go back!
This is a sports bar with a smokehouse BBQ restaurant. The meat was exceptionally cooked and only had a very minor smoke flavor. We liked it so much we came back three nights in a row. Wings, ribs, burgers, and don't miss the pulled pork quesadilla -oh my!
My husband and I recently spent a few days in Park City and decided to try Collie's for lunch. It was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and hot. I had the fish and chips, which had a light and crispy breading—just the right amount. I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary with just the right amount of spices. Overall, it was a five-star experience for both food and service.
Liv is great and has all the recommendations from food to things to do in general in park city. Food is amazing made in house. Wings are some of the best I’ve ever had. Get the house made Thai Chili sauce. Mac N Cheese will not disappoint. All reasonably priced.
Great sports bar in downtown Park City. Tons of TVs and they show all the games! They do not take reservations, seating is first come, first served, so it is best to arrive as early as you can if you want a table. Food was good, drinks were great, service was friendly and fast!
Stopped in for a quick bite and a drink, stayed for the banter, other patrons, and a few rounds of pool. The bartender, Olivia, was my favorite — loved her energy and personality. Thanks for making a fun little afternoon even better. Highly recommend an order of onion rings washed down with 2-3 tequila sodas.
The staff is super friendly and attentive. The burgers are bomb. They were even able to accommodate and feed our large party of 14 people.
Great food / drinks / atmosphere. You can ski right down to this place and walk across the bridge to it. The tri tip tacos are amazing
